We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, checkup or assessment responses, and information you submit when contacting us or subscribing.

When you enroll in our optional text reminder program, we maintain records of your messaging consent, preferences, and opt-out requests.

We may receive subscription status and transaction information from our payment provider. Payment details are handled by the provider used at checkout under its own privacy policy.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, cookies, website activity, and message delivery information.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide marriage checkups, assessments, and related results; personalize Growth Profiles and devotional content; administer memberships; deliver requested communications; respond to questions; maintain consent records; and support the security and operation of our services.

Free Checkup and Optional Membership

Completing a free marriage checkup does not automatically enroll you in a paid membership or authorize recurring text messages.

Leadership to Legacy™ Marriage Enrichment Academy membership costs $14.99 per month and automatically renews until canceled. Membership may be canceled anytime using the cancellation process provided by the subscription provider.

Optional SMS reminders are included with membership and are not a separate paid text subscription. Purchasing a membership does not automatically authorize text messages.

Text Messaging and Consent

 With your separate, express consent, Leadership to Legacy™ Marriage Enrichment Academy sends recurring automated SMS reminders through Twilio to check your email for your daily Daily Covenant™ marriage enrichment lesson. Members receive up to one lesson reminder per day. 

Text reminders are optional. Consent to receive texts is not required to purchase membership or receive Academy emails. Each recipient must provide their own consent. Providing a spouse’s phone number does not authorize messages to that person.

The program provides one devotional reminder per day. Additional messages may confirm enrollment or phone verification, respond to help requests, or confirm an opt-out. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out.

Stopping text messages does not cancel your paid membership or stop renewal charges. To cancel membership, follow your subscription provider’s cancellation instructions. Contact info@leadershiptolegacy.net if you need assistance.

Mobile Information and Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We do not share your personal information, mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide necessary information to service providers that help operate our website, process assessments, administer memberships and payments, store records, and deliver communications. These may include GoDaddy, Tally, Google, Gumroad, Twilio, and telecommunications providers.

These operational disclosures are limited to information needed to provide services on our behalf. They do not authorize providers to use your messaging consent for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect our users, services, or legal rights.

Assessment Responses

We use individual checkup and assessment responses to provide results and personalize Academy content. Participation does not authorize us to publish your individual responses or share them with your spouse.

Third-Party Purchases and Links

Our website links to Amazon, Gumroad, and other external services for books, ebooks, guides, manuals, and memberships.

Information you provide directly to an external service is governed by its own privacy policy. Its purchase, cancellation, refund, and return terms apply to transactions completed through that service.
