These Terms and Conditions apply to https://leadershiptolegacy.net and Leadership to Legacy™ Marriage Enrichment Academy, operated by Be Elite Assets, LLC.

Our Content and Services

Leadership to Legacy™ provides books, guides, manuals, educational resources, and faith-based marriage enrichment content.

The Academy is intended for adults age 18 and older. Its checkups, assessments, devotionals, and other resources provide education and encouragement. They do not provide professional counseling, medical care, or emergency services. No particular relationship outcome is guaranteed.

Free Marriage Checkup

The free marriage checkup does not automatically enroll you in a paid membership, authorize recurring charges, or give consent to receive recurring text messages.

Optional Membership and Automatic Renewal

Leadership to Legacy™ Marriage Enrichment Academy membership costs $14.99 per month.

When you purchase membership and authorize recurring billing at checkout, your payment method will be charged $14.99 each month until you cancel. The price and recurring payment terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Optional SMS devotional reminders are included with membership. They are not a separate paid text subscription and require separate, express consent.

Cancellation and Billing Questions

You may cancel membership at any time using the cancellation option provided by your subscription provider. If you need assistance, email info@leadershiptolegacy.net with the name and email address associated with your membership. Do not send payment card information by email.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Complete cancellation before your next renewal to avoid the next monthly charge.

For billing errors, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact info@leadershiptolegacy.net. Refund requests are handled under the applicable purchase terms and law. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights provided by applicable law.

Optional Text Reminder Program

With your separate, express consent, Leadership to Legacy™ Marriage Enrichment Academy sends recurring automated SMS reminders through Twilio, including links to your daily marriage enrichment devotional content.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase membership or receive Academy emails.

The program provides one devotional reminder per day. Additional messages may confirm enrollment or phone verification, respond to help requests, or confirm an opt-out.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge a separate fee for SMS reminders; your wireless provider’s charges may apply.

Each recipient must provide their own consent. Providing a spouse’s mobile number does not authorize messages to that person. Use a mobile number you are authorized to use and notify us if it changes.

Stopping Messages and Getting Help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out. 

Program messages will then stop unless you separately opt in again.

Stopping text messages does not cancel your paid membership or stop renewal charges. To stop future membership charges, also cancel membership using the instructions above.

Message Delivery

Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and other service providers. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal information. Review the Privacy Policy available on leadershiptolegacy.net.

We do not sell or share personal information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Necessary information may be shared with service providers solely to operate and support our services, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Books and External Purchases

Links to books, ebooks, guides, manuals, and memberships may take you to Amazon, Gumroad, or another external platform.
